Some items ship from the Renegade Romance office, and others from a fulfillment center. Orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping times vary, most orders will ship within 1-3 weeks depending on current schedule. This is the time it takes to prepare the package, not ship it. Small items orders—overstock books, stickers, pins, etc.—are sent primarily via USPS/UPS.

Please keep in mind that USPS may have delays in shipping time, especially during the Holiday seasons.

Ordering/Purchasing Pre-orders

Pre-orders are NON-REFUNDABLE

Please place any preorder purchase SEPARATE from other preorders and general orders. Renegade will no longer be splitting order fulfillment if you order multiple pre-orders or a pre-order and stickers, art or any other small item. It increases time to process and can also increase shipping costs that come out of Renegade's 'pockets'. 

Pre-orders vary on when they are fulfilled. It will be listed in the description of the pre-order the estimated time of shipping. 

Please reach out to us at help@renegaderomancebox.com regarding any missing, or incorrect items. We request that you have pictures available of the items in question if they do not match your initial order.

We do not provide exchanges. Please verify the items in your cart are your desired items before checking out.

All merchandise sales are final. There may be, on occasion, circumstances where refunds will be made available, and are entirely dependent on Renegade Romance's discretion. 

Packaging primarily includes plain boxes, bubble mailers or flat mailers with minimal branding. Occasionally, leftover boxes from past subscriptions may be used in shipping out your order, these boxes do show the Renegade Romance logo or text.

Orders sent via the fulfillment center have no branding.

While we may not always work directly with the author on a design inspired by their books or characters, all items are made with permission from the authors. Bulk orders for subscription boxes and larger projects were ordered and sold with permission from authors and artists as commissions.
