ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Shipping times vary, most orders will ship within 1-3 weeks depending on current schedule. This is the time it takes to prepare the package, not ship it. Orders are sent primarily via USPS, some are sent via fulfillment center.
Please keep in mind that USPS may have delays in shipping time, especially during the Holiday seasons.
Is Packaging Discreet?
Mailers are bubble mailers or flat mailers with no branding, envelopes similarly have no branding. Orders sent via the fulfillment center have no branding.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Some items ship from the Renegade Romance office, and others from a fulfillment center. Orders may arrive in multiple packages.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our clothing designs are printed using the direct-to-garment (DTG) method—a process that utilizes digital printing. This method also provides a stronger bond between ink and fiber.
While clothing is machine-washable and care instructions are listed on garment tags, we recommend that you wash in cold and tumble dry low to medium—though hang-dry is even better—as the best care option for your apparel.

If you have a problem with your order, the best course of action is to email us at help@renegaderomancebox.com and include your order number in the subject.
Package Never Arrived
Please allow sufficient time for shipping, especially with current and ongoing delays worldwide. Feel free to reach out to hello@renegaderomance.shop if you are concerned about your order. This particular concern will be addressed on a case by case basis, as there are multiple variables that can affect shipping, etc.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please reach out to us at hello@renegaderomance.shop regarding any damaged, missing, or incorrect items. We request that you have pictures available of the items in question if they are damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges. Please verify the items in your cart are your desired items before checking out.
Refunds
Refunds will be offered on a case by case basis. Please email help@renegaderomancebox.com if you have an question about refunding an order.
Renegade Romance's Right to Refuse Business
Renegade Romance has the right to refuse business to anyone, as long as it is not discriminatory against disability, gender, sex, race or religion.
OTHER FAQ
Are your designs officially licensed?
While we may not always work directly with the author on a design inspired by their books or characters, all items are made with permission from the authors. Bulk orders for subscription boxes and larger projects were ordered and sold with permission from authors and artists as commissions.
Will you add larger sizes in the future in the clothing shop?
Yes! The shop already has extended sizing as each design allows. If you have a specific item in mind, please email hello@renegaderomance.shop with the details and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you have any discounts or Rep codes available?
We do not have discounts, nor reps/influencers at this time.
