Subscription Box FAQ's

What's in the box?
Each box will have at least one featured author and include two exclusively designed paperback books, with coordinating, unattached bookplates. In addition to the books, there will be unique monster/alien themed swag. These include (but aren't limited to), enamel pins, stickers, bookmarks and small art prints.

How are the boxes priced?
Subscriptions are $56.80 USD plus shipping. We also have onetime buy boxes available, which are $61.79 USD plus shipping.

When does my subscription renew?
Subscriptions will renew Bi-monthly (every other month), on the 10th. If you subscribe in April, your next renewal will be June 10th.

When does my box ship?
Shipping schedule is estimated 2-3 months from the close of renewals/orders. There are times when boxes may ship earlier than the estimated timeline, and Renegade will always do its best to get boxes out as soon as possible.

Where do you ship to?
Renegade Romance is currently shipping within the US, to Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. US has flat rate shipping of $9.99 USD, Canada is $21.99 USD, and UK, AUS, NZ is $31.99.

Skips, Cancellations and Refunds
Yes, subscribers can skip. We know not every author is for every reader. We also know that sometimes things just aren't in the budget. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging into your account. You will still receive any box that you have paid for prior to cancellation. Refunds will only be offered if you reach out to us within 24 hours of renewal, otherwise they will not be given once your account has been charged.

What do I do if any of the items received arrives damaged?
Please reach out to us at help@renegaderomancebox.com regarding any damaged or missing items. We request that you have pictures available of the items in question. 

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Please make sure your shipping address is up to date and current at all times. When shipped, you will automatically be given a tracking number via email. Once packages are in the hands of USPS/UPS, they are literally and figuratively out of our hands. If your package is showing delivered, please double check your residence and possible surrounding residences. If not received, you can reach out to USPS first to report a missing/undelivered package—if they can confirm that it has been lost, please reach out to help@renegaderomancebox.com. While we ask that you cover a re-shipping charge, we will do our best working with you on getting a replacement for lost or stolen boxes.

Renegade Romance's right to refuse business
Renegade Romance has the right to refuse business to anyone, as long as it is not discriminatory against disability, gender, sex, race or religion.
